Our Mission

Simply put, we like working with organizations that help people. Our Founder, Erin Goodier, began her career working in-house for the United Nations Foundation and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. Seeing the positive change that’s possible when communities work together, she started Goodier Creative to help more nonprofits and businesses with a bigger purpose reach their goals.

Do you like to get into the details of a video production? Or would you rather be able to trust us to work on our end and bring back a great video? We love collaborate but can also function independently. No matter how you prefer to work, our goal is to plan out your project to be as stress free as possible.

Im Erin.

With every video project, I’m always looking for that moment that will truly speak to and capture the audience’s attention. With online videos especially, you really have to get to the point quickly and respect the viewer’s time to keep them engaged and moving toward the desired action.

Making videos is a balance between technology and creativity. I enjoy being technically savvy, but technology should never distract from the emotion. Even when I’m deep into an interview, I’m thinking about how the edit will look and what footage I need to create the story— one that will allow viewers to relate on a deeply human level.

I’ve wanted to be a director since I was seven and started making videos in 5th grade. In college I discovered marketing and how, through video, I can bring the storytelling power of filmmaking to organizations that are doing good work. 

I bring solid experience and a strong creative aesthetic to the table. I’m always listening and focusing on what you need to reach your goals. However, I won’t impose my creative values on you if they’re not the right fit for your project. I value my clients’ time, which is why I am the type to show up early and check everything twice.

I made my first “production company” in 6th grade called Sock Monkey Productions

Some very cool, famous people I’ve gotten to film are Shaq, Jane Goodall, Alec Baldwin, and Greta Thunberg 

My favorite place I’ve traveled through my work was to Nairobi, Kenya
